Will my pet get the tag off?
The holder is riveted to the webbing with two steel press studs rather than clipped on, so there is no catch for a paw to find and nothing that pops off when it snags. The tag drops in from behind and sits under the leather, with only its face showing through the window.
Fit the collar snugly enough that you can slide two fingers underneath and no more, and check it every couple of weeks the way you would any collar.
Is it safe for my pet to wear?
Yes. It is a collar first — nylon webbing, a side-release buckle, a bell and a D-ring, the same as the collar your pet already wears. The tracker is a general-purpose Bluetooth tag and it sits flat inside the leather holder, so there is nothing dangling off it and nothing swinging around as your pet moves.
Fit it snugly — two fingers underneath and no more — and check it every couple of weeks, the way you would any collar.
Can my cat wear it outside?
Yes — that is most of the point. The reflective stripe throws a driver’s headlights straight back at three in the morning, and the bell usually tells you where your cat is long before you would think to check the map.
One thing worth knowing if your cat climbs: vets often recommend a breakaway collar outdoors, one that releases if it snags on a branch or a fence. This collar closes with a side-release buckle, and we are confirming with the manufacturer whether that buckle is a breakaway type. We will say so here either way.
I have an Android phone. Does it work?
Yes. The tracker pairs over Bluetooth and shows up right on your phone’s own map — no app to install — so it doesn’t matter whether you or your household carry iPhone or Android.
What if no one else's phone is nearby to help?
Then the location doesn’t update. You see the last place the tracker was heard and the time it was heard there, which is still where a search starts. In built-up areas an update usually isn’t long coming. On an empty road, it can be.
How fast do I get it, and what does delivery cost?
We deliver anywhere in Lebanon. Inside Beirut it usually reaches you the same day; anywhere else it is three to four days at the most. Delivery is $4, and you pay for everything in cash when the driver hands it over.
Could someone use this to track my pet — or me?
The location reports are encrypted and anonymous, so only you can read your tracker’s position, from your own phone. It is built to find a pet, not to follow a person without their knowledge.
